Hi,

Sorry to trouble you. I recently bought a 2007 ford falcon xr6 turbo 220,000k's. When I first bought it...I drained the old engine oil, and got rid of the old oil filter. I did one engine flush....then drained that, I added Penrite HPR-10, 10w-50 full synthetic oil, and a new ryco filter. After 5000k's, the oil was black, so I did another change with penrite as above. 5000k's later...same result. And another...same result. I know it's not the oil i'm using....as I've always used it on every car I own. It's the engine. It obviously wasnt look after, oil change wise. Is their a safe way to flush my engine, that is compatible with your oil. I read somewhere that removing your oil, and using a different brand, can contaminate the zinc used in your oil. I just want to see my oil on the dipstick, look like honey. The only oil I use is Penrite.

Regards

Alan

Hi Alan

We only recommend using our Engine Flush which is a solvent free, engine cleaning formulation that removes engine deposits, sludge and contaminants with the oil service drain.
