Our mission is to deliver innovative and tailored lubricant products and services to our customers, globally. For nearly 100 years, Penrite has built a reliable and trusted brand with the purpose of offering the best service to our customers. We partner together to ensure success is sustainable and long term.

Utilising my qualifications, I travelled internationally working for a number of blue chip insurance companies and banks.

We don’t treat customers as “one size fits all”. We offer tailored solutions to meet the needs and requirements to suit each application. Our customer service, field sales representation, and technical support teams are dedicated to this mission.

As we approach our 100-year anniversary in 2026, our ultimate goal is to achieve a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We have a fully trained sales representative dedicated to each of our customers. As trusted advisers, they provide technical advice, training, and business support with the goal to make every business partnership successful. I encourage you to provide your feedback on how we can improve, so we can collaborate and strengthen our partnership with you.

On a personal note, growing up in a large family with 9 children we were all involved in the family business from a young age, our parents instilled a strong work ethic and taught us the importance of hard work and commitment to our customers. Later, following in the footsteps of my late father, John (JD), I studied Mechanical Engineering in Melbourne. After receiving my degree, I was employed as a Design Engineer for General Motors. During this time, I continued studying and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Utilising my qualifications, I worked for a number of blue-chip insurance companies and banks both locally and abroad.

I joined Penrite in 2011 as General Manager of Sales & Marketing, with a commitment to our ongoing success in R&D, product innovation, manufacturing of quality products, and working closely with customers. In March 2020 I was appointed as CEO.

Penrite has always had the philosophy of solving problems, developing solutions, and completely satisfying our customers, and I look forward to continuing with this philosophy through to 2026 and beyond.
