Our family-owned business (Downs Automotive Service) has been owned and run by us for 10 years in 2025. Downs Automotive Service has always been a Penrite oil customer, our goal is to be a 2-car dominant Drag Racing team in the class of Super Sedan, mainly competing at Willowbank Raceway. We are aiming to win as many rounds of the Queensland Drag Racing Championships as possible throughout 2025. Our main goal this season is to finish 1 and 2 in this Championship. The biggest Drag Racing event in Australia is The Winternationals, held 5-8 June at Willowbank, this event is like The Bathurst of Drag Racing, if you can't win the Championship, this is the event you want to win, which Gary did in 2021.
